Value Contract - Billing Status

Hi All,

I have an error on the Billing status of the Value Contract, it will not change to C - Completely Processed even though the Invoice / Acctg. Document has been cleared already. The Billing status is still A - Not yet processed. Pls. help me how to solve this error 'coz I can't proceed to process the next transaction there's a message "The reference has already been completely copied or rejected".

Could you please let me know what's the setting of the billing relevancy of your item category in transaction VOV7.
