Hi All,

SAP zebra printer ( 140 Xii) is printing unlimited.

In our ECC 6 landscpae , printer ( zebra) is printing each copy 3,4, 5 ..times ,

Ex: If the user gave one spool request to sap printer , same output is printing on multipule copies

becasue of that lot of papers are wasted.

Please provide some suggestions .

Zebras have internal control scripts stored in their local memory. If they got messed up they may start to act up.

If you have more Zebra printers and there is one that works fine check the script it has stored in the EPROM and copy it over to the funny printer.

Do you have the printer connected directly to a user workstation? Or is it on the network? Do you use UNIX or Windows spooling servers underneath?
