Hi thr,

I have a pricing condition type ZP01 which is the base price and there is also a condition record existing but this pricing is not getting updated in the order and the condition is very much valid. When i have a look at the Analysis, it says condiytion record found but the value doesn't get updated in the sales order. Could someone advise the possible reason for this?

Hi

There may be different reason, pl. check :-

1. Check the Pricing Date of Document and Valid from -To date of said Condition Type's master data.

2. Also check the requirement for this Condition Type in Pricing procedure, may be since the requirement is not getting fulfilled so the pricing is not picking.

3. check whether the Plant is coming in the document or not, if not, fill it and then check.

Hello Swetha,

In the particular sales order is the condition type ZP01 getting displayed (atleast condition type with no value)? In this case you can select the condition type ZP01 & click on "Condition Record". The system will display the condition record & it will be clear to you.

Hi

If in a pricing procedure there are two or three condition types with condition class as B (price) that is two or more price condition types and if you have maintained record for all three conditioin types then the last one will only taken for calculation in sales order

suppose if you are maintaining ZP00 in the first step,ZP01 in the second step. and ZP02 third step if all these three are price conditions and if condition records are maintained in all three then ZP02 value or that condition record will only get calculated in sales order

In the analysis you will see that three condition types appearing but ZP00 & ZP01 will have a yellow indicator and ZP02 with green indicator

This is basically a material cannot have three prices to be charged to a customer at a time

We can charge only one price if if we dont maintain the proper identification then the system takes automatically the last price

The same concept applies in a condition type if for all the 4 tables we maintain condition records then there is no exclusive indicator ticked in access sequence then the record maintained in the last table will be taken by the system for calculation

Hello,

the reason might be that the condition record was created after the sales order and hence the condition was not set

you can do a repricing and then the condition would be set. for fututre order it would be applicable

hope this helps

Thanks
