Hi Gurus,

I want to prorate amount stored in infotype 0014 based on dates of infotype 0014.

Example: If infotype 0014 amount stored is 1000SAR and start date is 16.04.2009 then employee should only get 500 SAR in the april payroll and in the month the may employee should get full amount of 1000 SAR.

Can any one suggest some solution to this.

Thanks and regards.

Hi,

Yes you can prorate the IN0014 and IT0015 using the Processing class 10 and 47

You have to modify the PCR X011 in the subschema INAP .

Refer the below link for more details

Hi Hemant,

Could you please let me know the rule that is used for wagetypes which should be taxed but not paid to the employees.

thanks,

Its not advisible to prorate the amount based on dates for 14 and 15, as these may have many implications. Instead it would be better to directly reduce the amount and put that in 14.

Still if you want to go ahead, you have to write a rule and call the same with function P0014.

But the rule would be a very lengthy one.

Did any body has done this before? What to write in the PCR. SAP has provided me note 61158 but after applying that it is still not working

that note will not be applicable to your sceneraio.

The rule will be very lenghty one as we have to check each day, based on which proration should happen.

Please check with your payroll consultant in writing the rule.
