approved document (Shopping Cart and PO) review

Hi SRM Gurus,

Is there a fucntion in the system or an authorization profile I could add so that a certain document approver (e.g. manager) can view the previous documents he/she approved or rejected?

I think now, when an approver releases the document, the work item is gone from his inbox and cannot view the shopping cart/PO again.

Any solutions for this?

Hi,

I dont think for standard SRM system there is no such functionality... once User approve SC it will disappear from the inbox.

Report BBP_BW_SC2 you can find the SC status , But not the approve details..
