R/2 to R/3 migration

We have a project to migrate data from R/2 to R/3. I understand that there are migration tools. I need information about these migration tools. I check the links like osdbmigration link in Service Marketplace.. but not useul information is given..

Kindly suggest link where good documentation is available.

Also I would like to if XI can help me in doing this migration??

Hi,

It has been a long time since I looked at this. I'm not sure what tools exist for doing this. I believe the Legacy System Migration Workbench had capabilities for migrating data from R/2. As of SAP J2EE 6.20 I believe, the tool is incorporated into it. You can get more info at http://service.sap.com/lsm
