Hi!

I´ve a question about hotel´s codes. In table V_TA21P_H, value AC, is for ATEL hotels, however for AMADEUS, code AC, is for AC HOTELS, so, does anybody tell me how we have to configurate that hotel chains??.

In other case, we need to configurate SILKEN hotels but we don´t now how because it doesn´t have own code.

And one more... There are any SP for updating hotels and airlines codes?

Hi Marta,

the provider codes will not be updated by SPs, but you will find more or less current lists in the Service Marketplace, /tm-downloads

If you have still missing or wrong entries, you can maintain manually without danger, they are only used to translate Amadeus Code to a name in the display of user. Amadeus booking will always use the codes only and do not care about the texts.

You dont need the Amadues codes once you use HRS or Hotel.De as they provide codes and texts internally on the interface.

Hello Marta,

The picture existing in the system are just icons used for Hotel.de direct access ( like smiles ... ) . The picture displayed are possible with URL that provider send to us ( HRS or Hotel.de ) , So there is no need to store the pictures in SAP . For Amadeus , it is a different tool called "Leonardo" using also URL . A customizing should be done in SAP for using it . Please ask your Amadeus contact to get logon parameters for Leonardo .
