Single vendor supplying Material & also he is doing Servises how to map in

Hai experts,

i have an issue regarding vendor ,samevendor xxxx is supplying material & also he is doing services too.For this how to map in SAP.

For ordering material GR IV check box should be active.

For ordering Service SR IV check box should be active.

For the above two condition how to map in SAP.But we are made thru userexit for organisation level,my issue is i should make mandatory or at the time if saving system should give error message related to line item.e.g 1st Line item i placing material order

in 2nd Line item i am olacing service oreder .

Pls suggest me .
