Updation of table MSLBH

Please let me know when table MSLBH get updated.

In which table can we see stock with subcontractor for a past period.

A H-table is updated when with the first movement in a period.

If you had stock at subcontractor in January e.g. 200 then MSLB will show a record 01/2009 with 200.

If you have no movement in February, then MSLB still has a record with 01/2009 with 200.

if you issue 50 in March, then MSLB will get a new record with 03/2009 and 150 stock.

At the same time a record is created in MSLBH for 01/2009 with 200.

Hello Jurgen,

I have a query with MBEWH table.

How the MAP value gets updated in MBEWH table.

We went go live in the month of Apr 2009.

We boosted with the stock of 32 qty during cutover on 31.03.2009 (My posting period is 12 & Year of the posting period is 2008 ) and closed the MM period on 06.04.09

There is a GR of 20 qty on 12.04.09.

If I see the MBEWH table there is no record in 2009 year.

Pl clarify the following:

1.Are the MBEWH table values (like MAP) updated only after closing the MM period of FI periods OR

2.As you told for MSLBH table is it necessary to have a movement to take place ( In my case one GR happened for 20 qty)

3.For updation in the MBEWH table is it necessary that there should be change in the MAP from the last period to the latest period?

The record is written when you have the first movement in a new period.

So you can see the stock and its price in MBEWH per end of april, when you have the first movement in Mai. If you had no movement since this April movement, then you can see stock and value in table MBEW as current .

MSLB gives the total stock at vendor & MSLBH will give the special stock history.
