Configure a new QM order type

Hi,

We want to configure a new QM order type and link to a notification type.

Could someone give the path in the configuration.

Hi,

to configure a new QM order type path is

SPRO - Quality management - Environment - Central Function - Maintain QM order type

and to assign notification type to order type path is

SPRO - Plant maintenance - maintenance and service processing - maintenance and service notification - notification creation - notification type - assign notification type to order type

We configured the new QM order type.

However, to link the QM notification type to this new QM order type , the path suggested in the earlier post , is giving an error " this is not a PM order"

Can someone give the correct path to link QM notification type to QM order type.

hi

i think you cannot able to link the QM order with notification type ,you can configure action box for creating the repair order or returns delivery order .

Dear Manohar

You can do that in

SPRO>QM> Quality Notifications > Notification processing > Define Costing parameters > Account Assignement for QM orders > give notification type , plant and the order type
