Formating problem in smartform?

Hi all,

i am using an INCLUDE text to display terms and conditions in the output. the text in it should display as below.

1. PLEASE SUPPLY THE GOODS SPECIFIED BELOW ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INDICATED IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER WHICH INCLUDE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AS

PRINTED OVERLEAF.

Though i am able to display the text, but i can't display it in proper format. It is diaplaying like

1. PLEASE SUPPLY THE GOODS SPECIFIED BELOW ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INDICATED IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER WHICH INCLUDE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AS

PRINTED OVERLEAF.

Please help by specifying the required formatting options in the smartform?

Hi!

i got the reply for your question....

the paragraph format that you have created assign right-aligned for it.

and in the number and outline tab.

in the below enter the following...

Top Outline Paragraph (paragraph name)

List 1,2,3...

check the checkbox number chaining

remove the numbers don't write it in the text where your are writing the continuous text.

the numbers will be printed it self.

this will solve the problem.

Thanks the problem solved.

But not with the numbering. Aligned the paragraph to right and changed the text editor based in display.

Hi!

You need to create a style for your form in that create the paragraph format left-aligned and assign that style in the form where where you introduce the node of that text in the tab output options of that text.

You will get the alignment.

Check if it works else...reply back...

Thanks for the reply.

I have already created a paragraph and assigned that to the text. But the ponly problem is, the continous line text is displaying bit more left.

If i changed the left margin, then whole text is getting affected. So i need the settings only which can control the continuous lines position.

i need the proper displaying of the data.

such as the line in the same paragraph should be displayed as below.

1. PLEASE SUPPLY THE GOODS SPECIFIED BELOW ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INDICATED IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER WHICH INCLUDE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AS

PRINTED OVERLEAF.

2. SECOND POINT WILL ALSO BE DISPLAYED WITH THE PROPER ALIGNMENT WITH THE

PROPER SPACING.

I am unable to give you the requirement. because the space i am giving for the continuous lines is deleting. When i post the thread.

So here

"Indicated" must start under same position as "Please" is starting and so on.

Hope you got my requirement.

A standard text is created using SO10. which has many lines.

I am using this INCLUDE text in smartform.

But the output is not coming properly. Means margin with the new line as i speicified above?

How can i display this properly with the paragrapgh format options?

define paragraph format for every line...

eg:

P1 PLEASE SUPPLY THE GOODS SPECIFIED BELOW ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

P1 INDICATED IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER WHICH INCLUDE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AS

P1 PRINTED OVERLEAF.

P1 --> Paragraph Format

by doing like above it will print 3 lines as like above..
