Reverse coip entries for closing

Dear Expert,

While executing HR data transfer in CO1P (Predefined confirmation process) ny mistake I have ticked "automatic goods receipt" posting on material do can't with 40 line item has been generated with 101 movement has been posted. I wont to reverse those entries.

Kindly help me.

Does it mean that there were auto GR setting already in the production order, which got cleared in CO1P & subsequent posting with movement type 101 done?

If it's so then why do you want to cancle those postings?

You can not cancle those independently.

You need to cancle the cofirmations with CO13 individually then only those docs will be reversed.

Thanks for reply.

This document has been posted for already confirmed process orders. Please also not single document has been posted thru CO1P, for arroung 40 process orders. Two 101 movements has been posted for a single order i.e. 1 thru COR6N and another thru CO1P.

Rajesh,

Have you tried to cancle the later documents with MBST.

If the system gives error message then I don't find any other solution than to cancle the confirmation first.

With which one of the document, most probable the first one will be cancelled.

Now confirm the order again with auto GR unmarked in either control key or prod. scheduling profile.
