ABAP dump No_BP found

Hi All,

We are getting ABAP dump No_BP found whenever we are adding system in SMSY and while running job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT we are getting following message

Job started

Step 001 started (program AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, variant , user ID SOLADMIN)

No business partner found

Incomplete address; enter country

BP of Service Provider 5838817 not created

The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal:

User S0005838817 - System Data Maintenance authorization not found for customer 0005838817

System headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal

No BP for SAP cust. no. 5838817

No BP for SAP cust. no. 5838817

I am sure there is some problem with the BP moreover 5838817 is the S-user ID why its taking its customer..

is there anyway where we can map S-USERID with the Business partner..

We have already created BP for user SOLADMIN and maintained SAPNETUERID and maintatined in Trx AISUSER the SOLADMIN to S-User...

You should check the Marketplace authorization of S0005838817

and also #1018677 ,#114469

I have seen both the notes ..both of them seems irrevelant in this regards

SAP Note 114469 is some other issue....its not for SOlman atall...

SAP note 1018677 talks abt SP08 and SP09 for Solman ....ours is Solman SP15..

System headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal AI_SC_EN 099 I

which ST400 level are you on? I would suggest to apply the highest possible for your scenario as many fixes are continuously coming into ST400

Further please have a look at #1094258 and run AI_SDK_SP_CHECK_BP to check your master data consistency

(dependant on your release this could also be AI_SDK_SP_CHECK_BP1)

Hi,

Please do not run AI_SDK_SP_CHECK_BP anymore after SP14 because it is obsolete and can create trouble.
