mail should go to all the respective consultants only

Hi experts,

My client requirement is when ever user will create the ticket , mail should go to all the respective consultants only. I tryied a lot , but I didnu2019t get the solution. Guide me.

Hi,

You can achieve this with the actions using the smart form.

Define the conditions for it

1. You create one group email id and in that have to include the consultants email ids

2. sold to party = X( to which sold to party u require have to specify) and status is created, mail should go to group mail id.

3. From that group id it will go to consultants in box.
