Commitment plan can not use account assignment category

Hi SAP expert,

I want to get the statement about behaviour system of the commitment plan in Contract.

If i create contract with commitment plan, i have to choose wheter use commitment plan or account assignment category. Commitment plan can not work for both, just choose one.

It means we can not work for item category services (D), because the item category must need the account assignment category or the material type which setting as direct charge.

Is true the behaviour of the system or we can add some enhance for the requirement?

I believe that this inquiry will be more appropriate discussed in MM Logistics forum since commitment plan is related to this component. They will be able to help you better in my opinion
