Can Any one Provide Step by Step Configuration of Change Request Management? With The Transaction code and RFC Generations?

You have to activate Service Desk which is pre-requiste for ChaRM, as follows:
Once you login rkt-solman, then select Solution Manager 7.0 -> Support Organizations / Service Providers->Service Desk
