Hi,

I'm installing SAP ECC 6.0 SR3 IDES on Linux Suse 10 SP1 64-bit with MaxDB 7.6 on my laptop with 4GB memory. I'm stuck at phase 24/27. The error message as shown above.

Pls helps. It took me almost 2 days just to import the ABAP. I can't afford to reinstall it.

Yes, it did that manually but still fail. Is it due to the IP address. Before I start the installation I forgot to set its IP Address, so system assigns 127.0.0.2. After that I change to 10.10.0.10. Even after I change to 10.10.0.10, it still doesn't work.

Did you set your swap space correctly it should by 3 times of your RAM,

If its unable to shutdown sap try shuting down manually and start the installation

The RAM available for you should not take that much time.

Yes I did. In fact, the swap space allocated is 20GB.

from MMC check if SAP is running,if not then start SAP and then continue the installation
