Print o/p or Sales Order

Hi,

I have configured a Z o/p type based on standard BA00 o/p tye.Everything is working fine.It has a print output medium.

Is there any transaction in SAP like VF31 where the user can go and take a printout by entering a sales order number / o/p type other than taking a printout in VA03?

Good Evening,

I am so sorry to tell you that a transaction like VL71 for deliveries

and a transaction like VF31 for invoices doesn't exist in the standard.

There are a workarround that is used and usually followed, and its to

use the program RSNAST00 after set the Send time of the output type

(EG: BA00) accordingly.

Ok.

But does a print o/p trigger creates a record in NAST table. I thougt only IDOC related o/p types create a record in NAST table so we can use RSNAST00 only for IDOC processing and not for print processing.

Please confirm.

hello, friend.

i have not done this, but you can OVNN and OVNM where you define your own variant output processing and schedule background running.
