Hi,
When we copy our live system (SRM), we've noticed that Offline Approval does not work, because it WF-BATCH is holding the email address of the 'copied'.
Where can I change this address (it is not held in SU01, and I can not see how to change it in SWU3 (like I've seen suggested elsewhere))?
I would appreciated help with this one asap.

You are correct . WF-BATCH mail address can be changed via SU01.cross check in live system where they have maintained .
for eg. you can see via SOST - user name (WF_BATCH)

The email ID for WF_BATCH is maintained in SU01 transaction.
Check if you have the authorization to change the email ID in SU01, else talk to your basis team about the same.
