Query on CTS Scenario

Hello Experts,

We are working on a CTS scenario wherein we are trying to communicate between NWD & NPI systems.

We are following the How to Guide for this and are trying to activate the Web Service for Transport Organiser.

The concern is that the NPI s/m does not have CTS_BRowser Web dynpro component and its related

service, whereas our NWD system has this CTS_Browser Component.

In our scenario NPI is the DEV system & NWD is the PROD s/m.

Pls advice on how to get this CTS_BROWSER component into NPI....

Can this be imported from NWD or any other STandard repository??

OR any other way out....

Hi,

Ask your basis guys to check the SP level of your Dev and PRD system..........i think there is a mismatch between the SP level of these systems............if there is a mismatch, then ask your basis guys to upgrade your DEV system SP to the level of PRD system.............if the SP levels are same, then ask your basis guys to check the component SP level of components installed in the DEV PI 7.1 system.
