Project type&Project template field suppressed while creating a cProject

Hi All,

I am trying to create a project in cProject portal but, the project type is suppressed and even the template field.

I was provided with all the authorizations, even for testing SAP_ALL along with the std roles of cProjects (SAP_CPR_PROJECT_ADMINISTRATOR, SAP_CPR_USER).

Even in the configuration i have "define the intial veiws for cProjects".

With the same authorizations, this is working fine for another person.

Is there any user specific setting available in the cProjects, where we are not suppose to assign the Login id? or is there any specific setting which needs to be done?

It was actually cache problem, where we need to run the test service in SICF and login to the portal.
