Escalation mail

Hi,

We had 7 level approval for Shopping cart.

Once SC is created, mail will trigger to approver1 to approve. However, if the approver1 not approved with in 48 hours mail should escalated to Senior Manager and remainder goes approver.

How to do this, can u please give me some hint on this?

Hi Harish,

For the WorkItem that you are using as a Mail, There would be 2 Tabs

1> Requested End and Latest End

After 48 hours it should go the Escalator - that would be the Requested End Tab.

and a Reminder mail for the Original Approver would be the Latest End Tab.

Give the Duration as 48 Hours in Both and it will Work as per your Requirement.
