Hi Friends,
I am executing the transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR. In the transaction type field, using F4 option i am searching for transaction type 1003 (ie task). In the F4 list, the transaction type 1003 is not available. Because of this i could not able to extract the task list report from CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Why the transaction type 1003 is not available in F4 help selection?
Any work around to get list of tasks reports, will be appreciated.

Check for the entris in SPRO->Configuration->Scenario Setting-> service desk->general settings->Define transaction types.
