MDM 7.1 Launch workflow - insufficient rights for operation

Hi all,

We're currently in the migration from 5.5 SP5/Windows to 7.1/Linux. After finally managing to get access to the Workflow tables and being able to modifiy those, we're failing when trying to launch the WF.

The message is "insufficient rights for operation" even when using Workflow-Owner and/or Admin user.

Any idea?

Hi Missale ,

Just try out the following:

- Give a new password to the Admin user(or the workflow owner) in console and trying using these new login credential to access the MDM workflow.

- Create a new user altogether in MDM console and assign it the Admin ultimate rights and then use it to login to the Workflow table.

It doesn't work with only changing the password. It works with the new users in 7.1. Not very sufficient as we do have more than 100 users in the system....

Any other recommendation to make go-live weekend easier?
