Settings for statistical data in SD

Hello friends

I have customized a new sales area 2 months back, for the same company code which is in practice since sap get implemented ,in our organization

Problem

The sales cycles is being carried out in the new sales area, but when I try to get the data from the standard report, I am not able to get it.

The Z -reports are giving the data correct for the new sales area

I have also done the statistical data settings, few days back,say X days,but I am not able to get data of days before X

If any more steps is required kindly let me know.

Update with these T codes,OLI7,OLI8,OLI9 Order,delivery and Invoice respectivily.

How i will get to know which info structure i need to used,and which version should i entered.
