Transportation Planning Point is configured in IMG --> Enterprise --> Definition scereen --> Logistics Execution.

Same as Assignment has to be carried out.

Transportation Planning Point is the highest organisation unit in the transportation so you need to define the Transportation Planning Point before going to create shipment document.

Go through this IMG path to define the Transportation Planning Point.

SPRO>IMG>Enterprise Structure>Definition>Logistics Execution-->Maintain transportation planning point here you can define and assign transportation planning point to your company code.
