Hi San,

You have to define your roles functionality and then creater roles according to that.

However Standard roles module wise you want to give to users you can find out roles as per your requirements in PFCG. Search SAP_<Module>*

eg. SAP_MM* SAP_PP* etc

For customization authorities module wise you need to create project and views module wise in SPRO_ADMIN

and create roles using that views.

Hello San,

what I would suggest you is you create a role for each function module.

so while trying to create a role through PFCG,you can select the transactions that you want to be there in the role.

Now for example if you want to create a role for MM,select full MM node while creating the role, this wil ensure that you get all the T-codes for MM

Similarly do for FI and other modules.

Thus you will have a module specfic role

Now create one more common role which contains all the T-codes:SM35,SM37,SU53

and assign this to all the users as they require this

Hope this helps
