PR release strategy : release code reset doe not trigger releasestepcreated

Hi,

We have the PR release procedure defined for one of the purchasing document type and is integarted to the workflow. teh characteristics defined for the relese strategy is doc type, total value and account assignment.

The PR creation works fine with the release strategy applied and the releasestepcreated event triggerred for BUS2105.

When the release is effected and then the quanity is increased the PR total value gets increased and the release is getting reset. This is working fine.

The issue is it is not triggerring the releasestepcreated event and so consequently the workflow is not started.

what could have gone wrong with this?

Appreciate your help . I have the same set up for PO. It is working as expected.

Hi Sushma,

Check release indicators.

Check in the option-->changes after Start of Release process...check the Changeabil option and

Value chgs for the diff deviation percentage for which a new Release Stragety will be raised.
