Formula 146 in Product Allocation

Hai Guys,

I am now setting up product allocation. While creating the SO the system is not carrying out Product allocation because of an error message MM101.

"The system cannot carry out the conversion required because the alternative unit of measure you have entered cannot be converted to the base unit of measure."

When I checked the settings for Product Allocations, I got this error messag

Formula 146 is used for the order incoming quantity
Message no. VQ297
Diagnosis
Formula S140 is used for processing order entry quantity during updating.
System Response
If you want to use the conversion factor factor from product allocation controlling, then this must be determined in this formula. Formula 146 can be used as a reference.
Procedure
Check formula S140 and compare it with formula 146, if necessary.

Can somebody tell me how to check the formula 146 and edit?

There was a mistake in creating the 'Planning' for the allocation. I had erroneously entered ST as the unit of measure for that.

As a solution I created the conversion factor 1 ea = 1 st and now the allocation is working fine
