line item not showing in delivery

Hi all,

I created sale order with 21 line item, but in vl01n showing only 11 line item.

can any one tell me, why only 11 line item showing in delivery ?

Hi

If you have created sales order for 21 line items and in delivery there are only 11 line items are copied then while in the delivery creation from the initial screen there could have been FROM and TO mentioned

If your answer is no for this then in the delivery overview screen there will be a message check the nodes in the log

Have you checked that?

The system will itself tell why?

From the top menu bar-edit--error log

and i saved delivery document for 11 line item, is it poosible to do delivery for remaining line item?

If any of the following data differs at line item level in sale order, then you will get delivery split

1) Ship to Party

2) Delivery priority

3) Confirmed date

4) Inco term

5) Shipping point

6) Transportation Group

Check any of the above data differs in your sale order for each line items.

Meanwhile, delete the already created and saved delivery in VL02N and recreate

split Deliveries are created due to following criteria:

ship to party

Delivery date

Plant

shipping point

shipping conditions

Transportation grp

Loading grp

Item categories of materials

Please check the data

i did reversed PGI and deleted delivery document also

and i checked

1) Ship to Party

2) Delivery priority

3) Confirmed date

4) Inco term

5) Shipping point

6) Item catagory

7) plant

still it taking only 11 line items in VL02N.

If all are same at the line item level, then do Check the Schedule line and material availability.
