Problem in infotype 586

Hi All.

I am facing problem while creting the record in infotype 586.

System is giving an information error, that record for current FY already exist, where as there is record for the last FY. not the current FY.

Please suggest.

check the payroll period for that payroll area in PA03.. also check IT0003 for that pernr

Check the control record which FY it show and change to current , As u aware declarations will be allowed with in FY year only not to any other

check your PA03 Status......you would be having the record for payroll area as of last financial year....thats why it is giving the error....

Bring the PA03 to 01-2009 in correction mode and check

Hi,

The IT 586 has connection with the payroll period of the control record (TCode - PA03)....

You can maintain only one record per financial year...

So until and unless the control record is in the first period of financial year you can't create the new record for for the coming financial year.

So pls change the control record to the 1st period of the financial year (say 01 2009), and set the status as "Released Mode for Correction".

Hi,

Check the control record of your payroll area. If it is in exit statuts for March 2009, then change it to release for correction for April 2009. And then create the record of IT 0586.
