when i m running a report s_alr_87011967 plant wise assets.

than sytem showing a msg...

Fiscal year change not yet made for company code 1000

where we can change the fiscal year?

Hi Rekha,

You may not have carried out the year end process for asset accounting.

Please do the following

1) Transaction code - OAAQ

It will show which is the last year which is closed for that particular company code.

2) Transaction code - AJAB

For asset year end close

3) Transaction code - AJRW

To open a new fiscal year.

Hope this resolves your query.

Please close the old fiscal year and open new fiscal year through AJRW and AJAB.

Hi Rekha,

At any point of time Two asset periods can be opened ( fiscal years)

Check the periods at OAAQ and change periods at AJRW, before doing this one in PRD do testing.
