To relase Hold P.os

Hi

I had kept some Purchase order under Hold. Now i have to release and save it to. How to do it. Wat r the steps to be done.

Hi

Go to the Change mode of PO, give the PO and save it.

Once the PO is saved, you may process the same for PO release

Hi

Once PO is put on hold, you need to save it inorder to release it. Identify the PO in Me22n - document overview on - hold purchase orders - click on it and save PO. Then PO is ready for release, if you have work flow configuration then releaser will be notified.

Hi,

If you have kept PO's under Hold, just goto me22n change mode and make what everchanges you want and save the PO. After saving the PO , release the Po as normal process.

Hi Rakesh,

Go to ME21N transaction...

In Document over view on .... you will find the Purchase orders on Hold....

Select the PO nos... and go the Change icon...now you can make the necessary changes and save the document...

Now the PO has been saved and it will follow the release procedure iff you have set....
