characteristic value in Quotation

Dear All,

I am deriving variant material from configurable material in sales order then all the characteristics values are in editable mode but if the same i am doing in quotation, the characteristics values are non editable.

where are these settings? I want characteristic values editable in quotation.

Hi Vicky,

I'm not in front of the system now but I would suggest you to compare the ItCats of both order and quotation specifically the variant matching checkbox.

Kindly revert back with your findings.

May be this could be because of the transaction variant screen of the quotation . So check in SHD0 for VA21

Even though you are not using transaction variant. but to meet your requirement i.e.,as the characteristic value are in Non-editable mode in quotation and to make it in Editable mode you have to go with the transaction variant

Hello.

They were able to resolve this issue? I have the same problem.

Now check the configuration of the OPPS and OVZG and everything is ok.

Do not understand why I can not edit them.
