Hi ,
Goto SMQ1 and unclock the Queue and then activate the Queue.
Then re run your scenario and test.

Hi,
in XI go to transaction SXMB_ADM - manage queues - select all queues and click on register queues and then activate queues............then go to SMQ1 and SMQ2 and if you find any entries in any queue, just select that entry and click on execute button to process that entry in the queue..........then all your queues may be cleared.........then rerun your scenario.
