Dear All ,
WHENEVER I am opening my existing project , first activity shows the start date of project as today's or current date and whole of my scheduling is getting disturbed.
What may be the reason ?

Check customisation OPU6 - "scheduling type" , "start in past" parameters...

In OPU6 set the "Start in the Past" as 999 then schedule.
