Problem in Employee download

We are downlading the Employee data from R/3 to CRM.

We have maintained the Model View and also the Message Type HRMD_ABA.

I have checked the settings in the table T77S0.

When i try running the transaction PFAL with

1)version plan : 01

2)Objcet type : O

3)Reporting period : All

4)Transfer Mode : Insert.

The IDOC status shows current status as 29 and Error in ALE service.

Entry in outbound table not found

Message no. E0 400

Diagnosis

No partner profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key:

/C4DCLNT200/LS//HRMD_ABA////

This refers to the key fields in table EDP13:

RCVPRN Partner number

RCVPRT Partner type

RCVPFC Partner function

MESTYP Logical message

MESTYP Message code

MESCOD Message function

TEST Test indicator

Can any one help me fix this?

you'll have to define a partner profile: transaction we20.

Thanks for reply.

It was helpful.

I created the partner profile and ran T.Code : PFAL again.

The IDOC is showing the status as 30(IDOC ready for dipatch).

The message is "Receiver exists , No filters ,No conversion ,No version change".

I checked in the CRM,the IDOc has not come in there yet.

Can you pls guide me.

Hi Rohita,

you need to create receiver port in both CRM and R/3,tcode we21.

HI Muki,

Thanks for the reply.

I have created the Ports and the filters are activated.

When i ran the T.Code:PFAL in R/3

the IDOC generated is Green with status 03."data Passed to Port OK"."IDoc sent to R/3 System or external program".

When i check in the T.code : WE02 in CRM.It shows the status 56.and the message is "EDI: Partner profile not available".

Can you pls advise me on this.

you need to create partner profle in CRM also with filters and recevier port.

You have been so helpful to me.

I have the IDOC in CRM with Status 53."Apllication Document posted".

But the BUT100 is not yet populated .

Is there any program to be run go make this happen.

hi,

check the contents of the idoc to see if employees are actually there. If not, you'll probably have to setup the distribution model in transaction BD64 (of the sending system).

Hi Rohita,

Almost done,check the employee record(SAP) whether all the subtype is exixting or not.The subtype filter are activated in partner profile, so that the values to be present.this fields are mandatory in CRM.

Hi Muki,

We have the IDocs with status 53.

But the data is not there in BUT100 for employee.

I refered the notes 312090,550055.The config seems to be in place.

I checked the IDOC in we02,the data is perfect.Though the status of the IDOC is 53 the table is not updated.

Debugging the FM IDOC_INPUT_HRMD through we19 could not help me much.

Am i missing any thing.

Pls advise.

Rohita,

Did you maintain data format between SAP HR and SAP CRM if not please make the entry.

SPRO---> Customer Relationship Management --> Mater Data ---> Business Partner --> Integration Business Partner-Employee

Choose Compare Data Format

Maintain the entries

Conversion of Forms of Address: HR Format - SAP Business Partner

Conversion of Marital Status: HR - SAP-BP

For more info you can read spro note itself.

Maintain name for country india in tcode SA13.

Hope this will resolve your issue.

Hi Muki,

We have maintained the data format, per your suggestion and still facing the same issue.

We need only the Employee Master in CRM to assigne them in the Org Strucutre. To achieve this, the following settings have been done functionally-

1. Activated the integration - HRALX/HRAC:X

2. Integration with Org Unit - HRALX/OBPON:OFF (Since we do not need the OU in CRM for the employee and its assignment to OU. We have two different Org structures, the one maintained in R/3 is different then what we will be maintaining in CRM)

3. Integration Employee - HRALX/PBPON: ON

4. Roles - HRALX/OPROL: BUP004

HRALX/PPROL: BUP003

No assignment for employee

HRALX/PNUMB: 3

(We have the same number range for customers and employee is R/3, meaning, if we have a customer number 21, we also have an employee no 21, that is why we ave chosen option 3 for the number range with prefix XY, so that we can have XY21 as an employee in CRM).

HRALX/PSUBG: Created switch manually in T77S0.

5. Error workflow: HRALX/MSGRE - 0

6. Addresses: HRALX/OADRE - X

7. Qualification: HRALX/PQUAL - BLANK

8. Relationship with user: HRALX/USRAC - X

9. Infotypes used to set filters for employees:

0000, 0001, 0002, 0009 (object:P)

0006 (object:P) Subtyp-1

0105 (object:P) subtypes-0001, 0005, 0010, 0020

We are using the message type HRMD_ABA,Process Code : HRMD and the process code : IDOC_INPUT_HRMD.

I hope, I have put in everything, what ever I have done so far.

Rohita,

Understand your problem seems to be ok everything.suggest you tcode we02,each idoc has data records and status records.can you tell me the what status you are getting in. One more try to run report in R/3 for a single record, meanwhile i prepared checklist/doc for this will send it to you.

Hi Muki,

The status in the WE02 is showing 53.

The status records are 53,62,64 and 50.

I did try and debug a IDoc in we19.calling the FM IDOC_INPUT_HRMD.But could not solve.

Hello Rohita,

One of your reply says 'Created switch manually in T77S0'.

Can I have some details of how one can create a new switch. Any document that I can refer to?

Check if your employees in HR (R/3) have the infotype 0006 (address) maintained. In CRM 4.0 the employee isn't created if the infotype 0006 is missing (althout the IDoc gets status OK).

This has been fixed in CRM 5.0
