Internationalization -- Cache Problem

Hi All,

When i change the User Language and login with the user , Languages changes are not being effected. But at the same time if i run the same application from Developer Studio using Deploy and run, changes are being effected.

Is this the problem with caching?

Can any one help me on this?

If you are re-using same browser window then this could be a problem -- session information is not discarded completely when you just reloading current URL or typing new URL. IDE, as far as I know, always opens new broeser window, so it has no such problem.
