Problem: Inspection lot type 04 not created custom specific insp plan

Hi Professionals.

I try to create a inspection lot (type 04) based on a production order (released with ordering party e.g. 100010). For the customer (e.g. 100010) i've created a specific inspection plan, because an existing standard inspection plan is already saved for the material.

When i create an inspection lot with QA01 (linked to the production order with a relation to the Customer 100010!) i only get the standard plan. I thought wenn a customer is defined, the order is material+customer than material

If i delete the material assignment in the standard inspection plan, the system get the customer inspection plan!

So what is to do, to get a customer specific inspection plan?

Hi

You create user defined inspection type Z04 by copying the 04 type.

In Z04 you remove the check box'Assigne reqmts automatically".

then you creat two task lists.

If you create insp[ection lot task list list will not get automatically assigned.

Then Go in change mode assign the task list manually.

you have to do it manually.

Try it.

thanks for your quick response :-).

I understand your solution, but i need automatic selection (after release production order, insp type is customized with early lot creation...). In more than 90% the system will get the standard task list.

Do you know an "Badi" or "Exit"-Solution !?

Hi

If yopu have two task lists with same usage , it will not get assigned automatically.

Then you can assign them your prefered one manually.

I do not havve any idea about badi/user exit for this.
