When an debmas03 IDoc is sent to SAP, how does is it indicated whether to create/update the Customer Master details? Is there a field that is set in the Control Data?

The field is MSGFN
there may flag/type in one of the IDOC field, exmaple: if type = 'U' that means update or 'D' means delete or 'I' means insert...
