TECO of activity

Hi,

I want to know, if i do teco of activity,

1. Will remorderplan value for that activity become zero?

2. If there is open PO for that activity, will system allow for further GRN and invoice posting for that PO after teco of activity?

For your First Query,

RemOrdPlan will become Zero when you will do TECO status for Projects.

for your second query ,

In Teco Status you cannot create new PR & PO,

but you can post GR and Invoice i.e Actuals till you do status as CLOSED for project.

Thanks, but i want to remove remorderplan value from some of the WBS from my project, and i dont want to do TECO for whole project. What should i do?

You can Teco Individual activities and wbs also .

U can post GR and Invoice for alredy created PO.

Hi Kalpash,

In Teco you can post actual costs but u cant create new commitments like PR and PO to the WBS or Network Activity.
