Hi Experts,
Is Consignment process ( Fill-up, Issue) functionality is same as Direct store Delivery ? or is there any difference in those apart from transportation? what is "Visits" in Direct store Delivery? Please throw some knowledge on these issues?
Thanks,
Kanna.
Hi kanna,
The consignment fill up process is as follows:
Process.
1. Sales order consignment fill up
2. PR PO conversion.
3. GR into special stock.
4. Delivery for Sales order
5. Consignment lending, from sales order stock to consignment special stock
6. Now, you have consignment goods issue Sales order
7. Create a delivery.
8. GI from consignment stock
9. Billing for sales order.
Well, I am not sure about the direct store delivery.
But, I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Prakash

kanna palle ,
Consignement Fillup and Direct Store delivery is totally different.
Consignemnt Fillup.- Wherein a Part of Company's unrestricted stock is placed at the customer place. Here it is just transfer of stock from company's place to customer place. But here it is completely owned by the customer. It is treated as Special stock (W)
Direct Store dleivery.: Is used in situation wherein we deliver goods to small time vendors, we prepare the goods and invoices and send it through the Driver, who is mapped as sales employee of the customer. The driver dispatches the goods and collects the cash part and at the end of the visit he has to account it to the company.
