Purchase requistion doesn't appare in Back-End

Hi experts

i create a Shopping Cart in SRM 5.0 EBP Classic Scenario, into ppoma_bbp i've definde like back-end object the Purchase Requistion (NB), i've scheduled job like CLEAN_REQREQ_UP, also Badi are installed but the PR dosen't exist.

The relevant issue is that there's not messages about it. Not warning, nothing! Into bbp_pd there's the message of correct Sourcing Relevant.

How can i do?

If the Shopping cart in Sourcing cockpit, purchaser need to convert the SC into PO Through carry out sourcing..

but i've specified into PPOMA_BBP and with the Badi implementation (classic scenario too) that the document into R3 back-end system has to be NB (purchase requistion)

I think for you made a settings like that in define sourcing for your product category? what was the settings here for eg. if you would have selected always sourcing , all your sc comes to sourcing cockpit.

Hi Andrea,

from your description seems that the SC item is indeed in the sourcing. Please check it with a sourcer user.

The sourcing customizing has priority over the customizing "Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders)". So once the product category is sourcing relevant, the SC item will land in the sourcing cookpit.

Try pull manually for the requirement(SC) using functional module BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER in SE37.

Also check the status in RZ20.

Please check the status of Shopping cart in BBP_PD . Check for any follow on document created or not?

and also check in the sourcing cock pit .
