is there other "global variables" like $[USER] in SAP B1 ( like company , last document number , ..... ) ?

and were can i find the list of variables ?

You can find a list of variables on the Service Market Place.

From the Print Layout Designer:[https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700003245962006]landing page you can load this documentation from the Documentation / PLD 2007 / How To Use the PLD Variables File in Release 2007 A section.

Dear Laurent,

You can get the information about the fields via View->System information.

Later on you can use this in your FMS (Formatted Search).
