User unable to display shopping cart detail data

Hi,

I have a user who needs to display the detail data for shopping carts. He gets as far as displaying the shopping cart but when he tries to drill down to see the detail level for an item he is getting the following error message:-

BBP_PU 372 User not in organizational structure or has been deleted

We have checked his user with t/action USERS_GEN and all seemed ok. After doing some investigation it appears that the problem is actually due to missing authorisations. Assigning the user a customer role containing t/action BBPCF02 only, resolves the issue. However, I can't allocate this role to the user as it is not appropriate for their job function - i.e. it contains authorisations that this user should not have.

Can anybody advise what authorisation I need to give the user to enable him to display shopping cart detail?

Hi richard,

Is he employee or puchaser? or administrator ?

if he created a cart he can display his cart.

can he create a sc now?

assume that his user was deleted by administrator ,then he can not create a cart.

my advise to him, run this report bbp_check_consistency for that user for sc?

any errors?
