SAP Dialog installation on Linux

Hi,

I have installed SAP ECC5.0 server on windows 2003 server and i am installing Dialog instance on Linux server.

On installation i am getting the below error.

MUT-02010 Internal error: Access to key db failed

Note: I had mounted the /usr/sapmnt on linux and created SID users on linux and running the installation from root. I had also configured the Linux kernel parameters as recommended in sap notes.

Hi,

did you already check the SAP installation notes for your respective Linux distribution, e.g. SAP note <a href="http://service.sap.com/_{IRON/FM/011000358700000431401997/722273">#722273</a> for Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SAP note <a href="http://service.sap.com/}IRON/FM/011000358700000431401997/797084">#797084</a> for SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9?

Please also double-check your preparations, as the sapmnt-directory should normaly read "/sapmnt/<SID>".
