LOG_NOT_FOOUND - standard error --in EBP system...

hi ,

IMP : I am getting this error only for a single User ID.

I have a dump in my BBP system and the dump is as follows

when I go for " CONFIRMGOODS/SERVICES" and in drop down when i select " Display/Process Confiramtion i am getting a standard dump.

The URL http://bdhp4432.na.pg.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpcf02/~flNUQVRFPTgzMjEuMDAyLjAxLjAx==== was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system GEQ : Exception condition "LOG_NOT_FOUND" raised.

The error occurred on the application server bdhp4432_GEQ_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

when i checked in my SRM system , in ST22 I can find the standard code where i am getting the error.

The termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLBBP_PDH" in "BBP_PD_MSG_ADD".

The main program was "SAPLBBP_CF ".

The termination occurred in line 88 of the source code of the (Include)

program "LBBP_PDHU02"

of the source code of program "LBBP_PDHU02" (when calling the editor 880).

Have a look at the follwoing OSS Note:

Note 1232990 - BBP_PD_MSG_ADD creates dump: Log overflows

Note 1121892 - Dump when Logs are deleted manually

run this report BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY for that user for confirmation (business object)?

any red. ?

there are reds but for other ids which are workign fine also has the same red marks...

anyother way of checking it..

Click the red errors and try to find whichj attributes are missing.

update here what attributes are missing.
