SingleSignOn with MDMStandard Iview (SAP EP) & SAP MDM both LDAP integrated
Hi MDM Experts,
In our landscape we have SAP MDM 220.127.116.11 and SAP EP both integrated with our LDAP server . Users maintains data in various repositories in MDM system throught the MDM Iviews and access is provided to the MDM repositories by adding a Group (permission group for the MDM repository system configured in portal) in which user mapping is maintained for each repository.
Is there a way to enable single sign on between SAP EP iViews and MDM as both are LDAP integrated thereby eliminating the dependence of maintaining the user mappings .
for Example : Consider a case where in a Business users from supply chain ( srik01 ) is maintianed in LDAP , therefore he has access to SAP EP and SAP MDM as both are integrated with LDAP , but now he would like to maintain data in the MDM repositories though the configured Iview in SAP Enterprise POrtal , now without configuring User mappings to each repository of MDM in a Portal Group ,can this srik01 do an single sign on with MDM repositories as srik01 and maintain data in MDM repositories ( as user srik01 and mdm role maintianed in LDAP ) .
Do we have an solution for this requirement in any patch or in SAP MDM 7.1 .
Can someone please suggest any SAP Notes or other reference which provides any leads.
Point will be awared for any help that gets some where to a potential leads . suggestions plzz
Thanks you !

Yes SAP has come up with a full fledged SSO support in MDM 7.1 where you dont need to create individual user mappings. You need to have same users accross Portal & MDM and no need to shae the passwords with new release.
Hope this helps!!
