how to find suitble sale area(sales org, Distribution Channel, Divsion) for an Account group , where are they configured?

Account Group is Different and sales area are different. Both are seperate configurations . They come together When you raise a sales order.

Account Group: Is used to classify a customer, and also helps in choosing the required fields for the customer. This helps you to differentiate your customers... Domestic customers, Export Customers...

Tcode OBD2

Sales area : Its a combination of sales area + Doc PP + Cust pp this you will configure in IMG --> Enterprise structure --> Definition and later assignemnet wherein you inter link the entities.

Hi Sony,

We can not restrict any account group to specific sales area.

We can use same account group to create customers to different sales areas.

customer of same account group can be extended to multiple sames areas if common DC and common divisions are maintained.

Directly you cannot link sales area with Account Group. You have to Table Join KNA1 (Field KTOKD) with KNVV in TCode SQVI to achieve the desired result.
