Which gives the

Telephone No

Email

and language of the partner of a Customer?

How can I do this?

What are the tables and fields?

The communication Information can be viewed in 'xd03'

Hi,

Tables involved are

KNA1 - Customer Master

KNVP - Partner Functions

ADRC - Address

You can take the fields from these tables as per your requirement.

Hi Mastan,

Telephone number -> KNA1-TELF1

E-Mail get ADRNR from KNA1 and then use it to get the email address from ADR6 table field SMTP_ADDR.

Language KNA1-SPRAS.

For any other field that you see in the Xd03 transaction, press F1 and then press technical info button on the pop up.YOu can get the info abt the table and field.

Hi,

read table kna1 to receive the adressnumber of a customer as well as his language key (corresponding table t002).

Then select the needed data from the adr* tables, this would be adr2 for phone-data and adr6 for email-adresses.

Keep in mind that the field for email-adress has a defined length of 250, to long to actually show in a report, a length restriction for display should do the trick.

Check the table ADR6, ADR6-SMTP_ADDR for E-mail address, and ADRC table and ADRC-TEL_NUMBER

for telephoe numbers.

hi,

in the table KNA1, there is field ADRNR. take this value & go to ADRC table & give this ADRNR value in ADDRNUMBER FIELD.

Use ADR6 for email ids.

you will get all the details, what you asked.
